The community recognition grant program is a means to enhance community partnerships and support worthwhile projects that improve health in Hampton Roads.
The Sentara Health Foundation is a division of Sentara Healthcare. The Foundation brings people and resources together to address issues impacting the health and the quality of life in the communities it serves.
In addition to addressing the future health care needs of the community, the Foundation Recognition Grant Program is designed to provide support and funding to not-for-profit organizations for projects that make a measurable difference in the quality of life and health of the individuals in those communities.
