Completing the New Hire Process 

Congratulations on your offer of employment with Sentara Healthcare.

The following pre-employment/Orientation information and direction(s) do not apply to Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center or RMH Healthcare new hires at this time. Please contact your Recruiter at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center or RMH Healthcare for information on the pre-employment/Orientation process.

It is important that you read, and understand, the information below to ensure that you complete all required steps in the employment process. All required items must be completed for your employment with Sentara to begin as scheduled. Failure to complete all items may result in the delay of your employment. If at any time you have specific questions about the new hire process, please contact your HR Recruiter for assistance.

You will need to complete the following Pre-Placement, Health Screen and New Hire Paperwork items listed below prior to your designated New Hire Orientation Date:

3.  Orientation
