Patients requiring physical therapy will experience state of the art equipment for evaluation and treatment at Sentara Independence. Our staff provides specialized care for patients with back, neck and lower leg dysfunctions. In addition, Sentara Independence provides rehabilitation services for patients with neuromusculoskeletal and musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Directions: The Sentara Independence Therapy Center is located off of Independence Blvd, between Witchduck Road and Haygood Road. To enter the Sentara Independence Therapy Center, drive to the North Witchduck Road entrance, toward the area marked Emergency. The therapy department is located in Suite 3F of the Medical Plaza Building, which is in front of Sentara Independence building.
