The Guest Services Program is designed to assist travelers and their families when they are hospitalized during a visit to the Hampton Roads area. The program offers special services for the patients family so they can focus on helping their loved one heal, during what is often an overwhelming experience. Coordinated by the Concierge team, the Guest Services program helps alleviate stress and provide comfort for families during a time of crisis caused by an unplanned hospital stay in an unfamiliar community.
To Access Services:
Services are coordinated through the Concierge Desk located in the main lobby during business hours. The Concierge Desk is staffed Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. After hours, or weekends and holidays, please contact the Nursing Supervisor at (757) 395-8033 for Guest Services arrangements.
