From Route 58 take I-64 West. 
 Stay on I-64 West to I-264 toward Virginia Beach. Follow I-264 approximately 15 miles to First Colonial Road. 
 Take the second First Colonial Road Exit and follow across Laskin Road. Go approximately 3 miles. SVBGH is on the right.

From North Suffolk/Smithfield 
 Follow Route 17 toward Chesapeake. Continue on Route 17 and pick-up I-464. 
 Stay on I-64 West to I-264 toward Virginia Beach. Follow I-264 approximately 15 miles to First Colonial Road. 
 Take the second First Colonial Road Exit 21-B and follow across Laskin Road. Go approximately 3 miles. SVBGH is on the right.

From Elizabeth City 
 From Route 17 toward Norfolk, take I-64 to I-264 toward Virginia Beach. 
 Follow I-264 approximately 15 miles to First Colonial Road. 
 Take the second First Colonial Road Exit 21-B and follow across Laskin Road. Go approximately 3 miles. SVBGH is on the right.

From Eastern Shore 
 Take Route 13 South through Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. 
 After the Bridge stay straight and road becomes Northampton Blvd. 
 Continue on Northampton Blvd. to I-64 West. Continue on I-64 West and take I-264 toward Virginia Beach. 
 Follow I-264 approximately 15 miles to First Colonial Road. 
 Take the second First Colonial Road Exit 21-B and follow across Laskin Road. Go approximately 3 miles. SVBGH is on the right.

From Hampton/Newport News/Williamsburg
Take I-64 East through Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. 
 Continue on I-64 East and take I-264 toward Virginia Beach. 
 Follow I-264 approximately 15 miles to First Colonial Road. 
 Take the second First Colonial Road Exit 21-B and follow across Laskin Road. Go approximately 3 miles. SVBGH is on the right.

From Outer Banks, N.C. 
 From Route 168 toward Norfolk to I-464. Follow the Chesapeake Expressway to I-64. 
 Travel approximately 10 miles to I-264 toward Virginia Beach. 
 Follow I-264 approximately 15 miles to First Colonial Road.
