The Pain Management Unit provides comprehensive services for chronic pain management by an anesthesiologist who is board certified in Pain Management. The scope of pain management patients is diverse and includes patients with musculoskeletal back pain problems including:

In addition, the Pain Management Unit provides care for patients with various neuropathic disorders including:

Peripheral Neuropathy/Nerve Entrapments
Post-herpetic Neuralgia and Shingles-related Pain

The pain management team has a strong interest in patients with cancer-related pain and spasticity of spinal cord origin. Treatment options include:
