The Sentara CarePlex Hospital Outpatient Surgery Unit serves as the hospital's on-campus ambulatory surgery program and works in collaboration with the overall surgery program as an integral part of the continuum of care. Ambulatory Surgery is also performed at Sentara Port Warwick in Newport News.
