Campus Improvements
Sentara has finalized designs and started work on a major campus upgrade for Sentara Leigh Hospital. The current hospital will be replaced with two 5-story triangle-shaped patient towers flanking a large healing garden, renovated outpatient facilities, a multi-story parking deck and a two-story atrium lobby.
Visitor parking will remain largely unaffected during construction, though there may be temporary changes in entrance doors and walking patterns as construction progresses.
