Sentara Wound Healing Center - Suffolk 

The Sentara Wound Healing Center, at Sentara Obici Hospital has been serving the region since 2005, and is staffed by nurses who are certified and experienced in wound care. The wound care provided by the nurses is supervised by a full-time Infectious Disease Specialist. The clinic was recognized in 2007 with the CEO Award for Innovations in Practice.

Referral Information
If you have a wound that is not healing normally or is compromised by other health conditions, your primary care physician can refer you to the Sentara Wound Healing Center at Sentara Obici Hospital.
Physicians should fax referral information with the diagnosis and ICD-9 code to (757) 934-4109.
