Although the design is seamless, the hospital is actually comprised of three functional buildings, which are all connected by the Atrium Lobby.

The three sections are:
The Diagnostic and Treatment area
The Patient Care Tower 
The Medical and Administrative Office Building (MOB)

The entire facility has also been designed to support Sentara Obici's patient-centered focus. From the soothing colors to the abundance of light, every space is well thought out and maximizes the building potential for helping in the healing process.
