The Sentara Princess Anne Hospital Emergency Department provides exceptional care to patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency physicians are board certified and all emergency nurses have received Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Trauma and Pediatric certifications.
The Emergency Department is located in close vicinity to the Radiology Department which allows a seamless connection for patients receiving any imaging services they may need. Also located with easy access to the Emergency Department is the landing pad for Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance to ensure quicker treatment in emergency situations.
