Sentara Princess Anne has a team of providers including a physician board-certified in anesthesiology and specializing in pain medicine and extensively trained physical therapists working together with our advanced imaging services to ensure you quality, professional pain care.

With a strong interest in spine pain, Dr. Maria Nguyen works together with the therapists of Sentara Therapy Center to help manage pain caused by injury, surgery, cancer or other health factors.

Our staff is dedicated to partnering with patients to create a comprehensive individualized pain care plan and strive to provide innovative techniques. We realize that therapy alone is sometimes not enough to manage pain, so Dr. Nguyen maintains close working relationships with other specialists in the area to be able to refer her patients seamlessly to other services like acupuncture and pain psychology based on the patient’s needs.
