When Sentara introduced services at Sentara Port Warwick in 2002, Peninsula residents quickly came to appreciate a new level of care and convenience. The region's first Emergency Department outside a hospital brought a much quieter, more convenient environment. Sentara Port Warwick also brought greater access and scheduling flexibility for services such a mammography, CT scans and colonoscopy -- as well as the Peninsula's first Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment services.
