Sentara CarePlex Therapy Center 

CarePlex Therapy Center is a one-stop-shop, centrally located with physician practices, outpatient diagnostic centers, and rehabilitation in the Medical Arts Building attached to the CarePlex Hospital in the heart of Hampton. CarePlex Therapy is a comprehensive rehabilitation center offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Audiology services are also available. The Center offers Sentara Rehabilitation Networkss premiere Phase II and Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation programs, to assist those recovering from heart surgery or heart attack in achieving their optimal level of health.

Sentara CarePlex Therapy Center is located in the Hampton River Medical Arts Building on the north side of Sentara CarePlex Hospital. The hospital and rehabilitation center are on Coliseum Drive, off I-64 between exits 261 and 263. You can access Coliseum Drive from Mercury Boulevard, Hampton Roads Center Parkway or by taking Magruder Boulevard to Hardy Cash Drive.
