Sentara Hearing & Balance Center audiologists are board certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the Virginia Board of Audiology, and the Virginia Board for Hearing Aid Specialists. They are trained in the evaluation of the auditory system, including both hearing and balance. All audiologists at the Sentara Hearing & Balance Center have a doctoral degree in audiology.
