Recognized for Quality
We were recently recognized for our patient care model of delivering high quality care based on evidence-based, nationally recognized clinical standards by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The recognition was for their Physician Practice Connections Program—Patient Centered Medical Home (PPC-PCMH), and we were awarded a Level III NCQA recognition—the highest level awarded.
