Please be on time.
Please remember to bring identification and your insurance card.
A list of current medications is always helpful.
Wear clothes that allow your physician to examine the appropriate body part.
Have any third-party forms filled out to assist our staff in completing those forms in the 7- to 10-day turnaround time.
You may want to bring an interpreter if English is not your first language.
If your loved one is coming in from a nursing home, please accompany them to the appointment to pass on information.

Prescription Refills
Patients may request refills by calling (757) 388-5680 and following the menu items. Please note that there is a 24-hour notice required for all refills. Medication refills will only be filled during business hours.
