Sentara Pediatric Physicians 

Sentara Pediatric Physicians are board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our goal is to provide health care for your children in a collaborative patient-parent-physician atmosphere from birth through adolescence.


They have recently been recognized for their patient care model of delivering high quality care based on evidence-based, nationally recognized clinical standards. The National Committee for Quality Assurance Physician Practice Connections Program—Patient Centered Medical Home (PPC-PCMH) awarded the practice a Level III NCQA recognition—the highest level awarded.
 
In addition to the practice recognition, many of the doctors themselves have been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for their care of diabetic and heart / stroke patients.

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
Saturday - Sunday: Our entire Virginia Beach Sentara Pediatric Physicians team has come together to provide sick appointments on Saturday and Sunday for all patients at a dedicated office on the Sentara Princess Anne campus in Southern Virginia Beach. These weekend hours are for patients with non-emergency issues that cannot wait for a Monday appointment. Examples might include a persistent fever, severe ear-ache, sudden rash, or vomiting. Please call your pediatrician’s office on weekends to get connected with an After Hours Nurse for advice or to request an appointment.
