We value communication with your doctor while you're part of the Sentara Therapy Services program, and will discuss your progress or any change of treatment with your physician.
Reporting to Your Doctor
You can be sure your doctor will be kept up to date regarding your progress in our program. Transcribed reports will be provided to the referring physician within 48 hours of evaluation. Progress reports will be provided prior to the patient's follow-up visit with the physician, or at any time upon request. Discharge summary including therapy outcomes will be provided within 48 hours of discharge.
