Sentara Therapy Center - James City is located on the second floor of the Williamsburg/James City Community Center. The center offers a comprehensive range of physical, occupational, and speech therapies to assist with all of your rehabilitation needs. Outpatient rehabilitation services also offers comprehensive pediatric therapy services including speech, physical, and occupational therapy. In-house foot orthotic fabrication is available upon request or physician referral.

Directions:
From Interstate 64 take Exit 238, toward Colonial Williamsburg. Turn right onto VA-132. Turn right onto Bypass Road/US 60. Turn slight right onto Richmond Rd/US-60. Turn left onto Ironbound Road. Take the first right onto Longhill Road. The building will be on your left. Upon entering the Williamsburg/James City Community Center, take the elevator on your left to the second floor. The entrance to the OP Rehab office is on your right as you exit the elevator.
