Recently, Sentara met with patients like you and we've made the following improvements to guide your communication to your physician and their staff:
- "Get Medical Advice" is now "Contact Dr. Office"
- "Update My Information" can be found in the "Administrative" section
- "Send Health Maintenance Message" is now "Update my Info"
- "MyChart Assistance" is now "Ask Customer Service"
Use this feature when you need general or technical help with MyChart. This message goes to Sentara MyChart Support, but is not forwarded to your Doctor Office.

- Request Rx Renewal
- Update my Information
