Sentara MyChart is one element of the larger Sentara eCare Health Network®. This new clinical system uses innovative technology to make your medical record accessible between Sentara hospitals, physician practices and other healthcare sites over a secure network.


How do I contact Sentara MyChart support?

If you need help with your Sentara MyChart account, please use the appropriate contact option below based on your issue:

  1. Login or account access issues:

    For security purposes, patients must call Sentara MyChart Support for assistance with login problems or accessing their Sentara MyChart account.
