(L-R) Sentara Bayside Hospital employees James McClaren and James Smith were recognized recently in a letter by a very grateful community member. McClaren and Smith volunteered to repair a broken furnace in a hospice patient's home after they received a call for help from the Virginia Beach resident's daughter.
