My Turn to Take Care of You... 
Mary Hill's mother gave her and her eight siblings everything growing up. Now, Hill is returning the favor by becoming a caregiver for her 86-year-old mother. One program, supported by the Sentara Health Foundation, enables her to do that. 





Preserving Independence 
Sue Myers depends on it to get her medical appointments; Jack Scudder volunteers his time to it and gains a sense of satisfaction. What is it? A free program for seniors supported by the Sentara Health Foundation that helps everyone involved.
