Network Asks Employees: How Do You Improve Health Every Day?

 
“I provide short term, solution-focused therapy for clients. Sometimes people come in distraught and I provide a safe place for them to talk about their issues. Many times people just need to be heard and listened to. They may need an objective opinion or some guidance on what they should do in a given situation. Some are dealing with grief or having relationship problems. When I meet their needs, I’m able to improve their emotional health which decreases their stress level and enhances their overall sense of well-being.”
