Sentara is pleased to announce that we have been selected as one of the "Top 25 Employers in Hampton Roads" by Inside Business Journal. Sentara was actually listed within the top 10 for the area.
This is the second year the award has been conducted by the magazine and the first year Sentara has participated. Inside Business is owned by Landmark Communications and the magazine focuses on business news in Hampton Roads.
Rankings were determined by a group of five local business leaders/HR professionals. The judges reviewed applications that were submitted and assessed each organization's culture, family-friendly environment, compensation, and employee development.
