For the seventh consecutive year, Sentara Health Plans (Optima Health) has earned the highest possible rating from the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). All of Sentara Health Plans commercial products earned an excellent rating.
Optima Family Care, a Medicaid HMO, earned an excellent for the sixth consecutive year.
