Come one, come all to a community health screening day at Sentara Port Warwick Saturday, April 21 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.. Located at 1031 Loftis Blvd., Newport News (off Jefferson Avenue), the day’s events include free health screenings such as cholesterol and blood pressure checks, a skin analysis, and body fat percentage and flexibility screenings.
A healthy dose of information will be offered including tours of the new ambulatory surgery center, a comprehensive medication review with pharmacists on hand to field questions for anyone bringing their medications –including any over the counter medications, herbals and supplements— plus an array of health exhibits.
