Ronald Grossman, M.D., is the newest member of New Town Family Practice
, a Sentara Medical Group practice, located at 4374 New Town Avenue, Suite 200, Williamsburg.
Dr. Grossman earned his medical degree in 1971 from Jefferson Medical School in Philadelphia, Pa., after receiving his BA in 1967 from Princeton University in Princeton, N.J. He completed his internship in 1972 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa., and his residency in family practice at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, N.J., in 1974.
Before joining New Town Family Practice, Dr. Grossman was a member of a private practice, as well as associate professor in the Department of Family Practice from 1974 to 2006 at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, N.J. His professional experience includes his involvement in National, World and Olympic Athletic Games.
Dr. Grossman is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, the American Academy of Family Practice, and holds a Certification of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. 13/2008
