Hampton, Va., Mar. 15, 2008 – Beth A. Jensen, M.D., is the newest member of
Coliseum Medical Associates, a Sentara Medical Group practice, located at 3000 Coliseum Dr., Ste. 200, Hampton.
Dr. Jensen received her medical degree from the University of Vermont Medical College in Burlington, Vt., in 1997 after receiving her BS in biology at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, in 1990. In addition to her undergraduate studies, she completed paramedic studies at the EMT Academy at Kennebec Valley Technical College in Fairfield, Maine, in 1991. She completed her internal medicine internship at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk in 1998 and her family practice and family practice residencies at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News in 2001.
Dr. Jensen is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has special interests in women’s health, pediatrics and diabetic care.
