Hampton, Va., March 15, 2008 – Michael J. Zugarek, P.A., has been named the site manager of
Vascular & Transplant Specialists, a Sentara Medical Group practice, located at the Careplex Medical Building, 4,000 Coliseum Dr., Ste. 310, Hampton.
Mr. Zugarek received an associate’s degree in surgical technology from Luzerne County Community College from Nanticoke, Pa., in 1985; his BS in physician assistant studies at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., in 1998; and a certificate in specialization as a surgical assistant from the Eastern Virginia School of Medicine in Norfolk in 1991.
Mr. Zugarek previously worked with the Vascular and Transplant Specialists office in Norfolk. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants.
