Dr. Oliver Brooks earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington DC after receiving her degree in biology at the University of Virginia. She completed her internship and residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System/Medical College of Virginia Hospitals Pediatric Residency Training Program in Richmond VA.
Dr. Oliver Brooks is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
