April 13, 2009 – Williamsburg, VA – Michael D. Fitzpatrick, M.D. has joined Medical Center Family Physicians of Sentara Medical Group. As a family practice physician, Dr. Fitzpatrick provides healthcare for all members of the family—infants, children, adolescents, adults and seniors. He is a recipient of the “Spirit of Family Practice Award” for best exemplifying the ideals of a family practice physician by his peers and patients.
Dr. Fitzpatrick earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond in 1994 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg. He completed his residency at Riverside Family Practice in Newport News. Dr. Fitzpatrick’s office is located at 400 Sentara Circle, Suite 450 in Williamsburg.
Dr. Fitzpatrick is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
