
Williamsburg, VA (February 2013) – Patricia Reynolds, PA-C, has joined Sentara Cardiology Specialists in Williamsburg, VA.
Ms. Reynolds completed her physician assistant studies program and earned a Bachelor of Science degree at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC, in 1997. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD.
Ms. Reynolds has over 15 years of experience as a cardiovascular physician assistant treating patients who are undergoing treatment in both clinical and private practice settings. During the course of her studies, she completed clinical rotations in various hospital cardiology departments focusing on inpatient medicine, cardiac rehabilitation and supervision of stress testing.
Ms. Reynolds is trained to monitor cholesterol levels, manage lipid and pace maker clinics, and provide patient instruction and counseling. She works in close collaboration with the team of experts at Sentara Cardiology Specialists to help patients through their medical experiences.
Ms. Reynolds is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She enjoys applying her knowledge, skills and experience in supportive and leadership roles on cardiac-related health and planning committees that further the goal of excellent patient care.
