Mrs. Adams is a certified nurse practitioner who is trained to conduct numerous medical procedures and provide a wide range of diagnostic and management services for patients with heart conditions that include angina, arrhythmias, heart attack, heart disease, heart failure and hypertension.
Mrs. Adams received her Post Master’s Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at the University of Massachusetts at Boston in Boston, MA, in 2014. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Phoenix through their online program, in 2011, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, in 2002.
As a nurse practitioner, Mrs. Adams uses her training and skills to provide quality managed care for acutely and critically ill cardiac patients. Her dedication to both nursing care and emotional support help to create a more calming environment for patients and provide a smoother transition for them and their families through the recovery process and beyond. Mrs. Adams works in close collaboration with the physicians to ensure the best possible experience for patients suffering from cardiac issues.
Mrs. Adams is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
