You will need the account number from the statement.
If your statement references “SENTARA HEALTHCARE” or the account number contains special characters or letters, then this is a HOSPITAL BILL. Please go to Pay Your Hospital Bill.

You can call Sentara Medical Group’s Customer Service Department at 1-888-236-2263 and speak to one of our representatives.
For billing questions concerning the Dedicated Care Center Membership fees, please contact your Patient Service Coordinator at 757-252-9300.
You also can call the number listed on your billing statement or letter and speak to one of the Financial Counselors at the physician’s office.
