Meet the Physicians

Dr. Jeffery Sinclair
Specializing in general, colon and rectal, endocrine and laparoscopic surgery, Dr. Jeffrey Sinclair and the surgeons at Stafford Surgical believe in an integrated, coordinated and responsive approach to patient care, and work with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan.

With a special interest in endocrine surgery which focuses predominantly on diseases of the thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands, Dr. Sinclair is a highly trained general surgeon who is dedicated to delivering the highest quality surgical care to his patients before, during and after their surgical procedures. Certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery since 2003, Dr. Sinclair and Stafford Surgical aim to find the right surgical management and treatment solution for every patient.

Dr. Arthur Vayer
Dr. Arthur Vayer, who earned his medical degree from Brown University and completed a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Orlando Regional Medical Center, believes in an integrated, coordinated and responsive approach to patient care, and works with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Dr. Vayer, certified in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery by the American Board of Surgery since 1993, is expertly skilled in the use of minimally invasive endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures. He specializes in the medical and surgical management of diseases of the intestinal tract, colon and rectum, anal canal and perianal area.
