Chaplain Hines began his career in Chaplaincy as CPE Intern at Eastern State Hospital. He continued his training at Riverside Regional Medical Center. He has completed 9 quarters of CPE Units. He was a Staff Chaplain at Mary Immaculate Hospital for four years before coming to Williamsburg Community Hospital to start the Pastoral Care Program at Williamsburg Community Hospital in 1995.
He received his Master of Divinity from Columbia International University in Columbia, SC. He also has a Masters in Education from Memphis State. Milt was ordained in 1987 with the Presbyterian Church in America. He is now in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Milt is married and has two daughters in college.
