Pay by Phone
There are two ways to pay your bill by phone:
- Call the automated phone system toll free 1-866-270-7764 for Hospital Billing or 1-866-270-7946 for Collections
- Call the number listed on your billing statement or letter to pay by credit card or make payment arrangements.
Pay by Mail
Follow the instructions on your bill or statement. Mail your payment to:

All transactions processed on the Sentara Online Bill Payment site are eligible for a refund if the patient would like to cancel a payment.
