You will need the account number from the statement.
If your statement references “SENTARA HEALTHCARE” or the account number contains special characters or letters, then this is a HOSPITAL BILL. Please go to Pay Your Hospital Bill.
If you have any questions about your Dedicated Care Center bill or your Dedicated Care Center Membership fees, please contact the Dedicated Care Center directly.

You can call Sentara Medical Group’s Customer Service Department at 757-983-9000 and speak to one of our representatives.
You also can call the number listed on your billing statement or letter and speak to one of the Financial Counselors at the physician’s office.
