Please Note: At this time, Sentara only accepts payments for hospital bills. For bills from your doctor office, please contact your doctor office to pay your bill.

There are two ways to pay your bill by phone:
- Call the automated phone system toll free 1-866-270-7764 for Hospital Billing or
1-866-270-7946 for Collections
- Call the number listed on your billing statement or letter to pay by credit card or make payment arrangements.

** Sentara Patient Financial Services Bill Payment Refund Policy
All transactions processed on the Sentara Online Bill Payment site are eligible for a refund if the patient would like to cancel a payment. To request a cancellation of payment please contact Sentara Patient Financial Services at (757) 233-4500, Mon - Thur, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for a refund to be processed.
