Sentara Senior Services is proud of our more than 900 volunteers annually that help make a difference every day in the lives of those we serve. We are always looking for new smiling faces to join our volunteer team.
Many of our volunteers help out with activities, companionship and serving meals. We also invite anyone to come share their special talents or artistic abilities with our residents. In the past we’ve had children come and sing or do art projects with us, local theater groups performing or free art classes by local artists.
If you or your organization is interested in volunteer opportunities, please contact our Volunteer coordinator Cynthia Colimon at 757-892-5506.
