Out of Area BSN New Graduate Incentive

Sentara offers Tuition Reimbursement as a special incentive for out of area BSN new graduates

Sentara’s tuition reimbursement incentive requires a commitment to work for a Sentara hospital for a specific period.  The amount of money that is offered is based upon how many years the applicant is interested in signing up to work for that Sentara hospital.

1 –year - $5000

2-years - $10,000

3-years - $15,000

After the interview and acceptance of position with Sentara, the new graduate BSN will sign a contract of employment for up to 3 years.  Please note that the moneys will be paid out upon the verification of passing the VA State Board of Nursing exam, by the Sentara Recruitment Resource Center.  Check will be paid out in one lump sum, directly to the new nurse.
