Sentara Nursing Center Norfolk is seeking a RN for to be their Director of Nursing
Provides Nursing leadership and staff supervision and is responsible for the clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department to include regulatory compliance, resident care, patient safety, customer service and employee retention.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of 2 years of college, RN or BSN
Experience: Minimum of 1 year long term care facility experience, 1 year experience in management, preferably in Long Term Care, Unit Manager, ADON.
Licensure: RN
