The ExploreHealth with Sentara Center in Virginia Beach includes a full fitness center with weight and cardiovascular machines, walking track, exercise pool and racquetball court. Our staff is available to discuss your medications and your interest or use of vitamin, herbal or dietary supplements, to help prevent any complications or negative interactions. And, if you need additional information, our cyber cafe offers free Internet access. Come visit us!
A Unique Exercise Setting
 A Physician referral is required.
Our staff has over 32 years of experience in rehabilitative and preventive exercise instruction.
Our staff are certified Exercise Specialists from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Staff interact daily with members, monitoring their exercise program.
Our membership is predominately middle-aged and older with major medical conditions.
Each member's exercise program and progress are shared regularly with their physician(s).
We have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on site.
