Guest Services

The Guest Services Program provides amenities to our patients’ family members who live outside the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Qualifications rest solely on the patient’s address when admitted to the hospital. This program offers discounted hotel accommodations and other amenities like the following:

Lodging is offered at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn (Greenwich Road), based on availability, at $35 per night (three night limit).

Discount meal card for 25% food purchase discount for Sentara Bayside Hospital cafeteria (one per day per patient family).

Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel tickets for those traveling from Eastern Shore (one $5 and one $12 ticket per patient family).
