Guest Services
The Guest Services Program provides lodging and other amenities to our patient’s family members who live outside the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Qualifications rest solely on the patient’s address when admitted to the hospital. This program offers discounted hotel accommodations and other amenities like the following:
· Lodging is offered at local hotels at a rate of $40.00 dollars plus tax per night ( three night limit).
· Discount Meal Card for food purchases in the Sentara CarePlex Hospital cafeteria (one per day per family).
· Long distance calling card (one calling card per family per stay).
