Visiting Hours
General visiting hours
Monday - Sunday
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Special units may have unique visiting hours or they may limit the number of visitors. Please ask the nurse about visiting hours.
Cafeteria Hours
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Limited service is available:
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Convenience Store/Outpatient Pharmacy Hours:
Monday – Sunday
10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
ExpressOasis offers specialty coffees, and freshly-prepared sandwiches, salads, and pastries:
Monday – Friday
6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
The Community Health Library and Subway sandwich store are also available. Vending machines are located on the first floor near the Dining Room and in the Emergency Department.
Gift Shop Information and Hours
Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. – 8:15 p.m.
Saturday
12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Gift Shop is located on the first floor at the York River Entrance and is operated by the Sentara CarePlex Hospital Auxiliary. It offers a variety of personal items, flowers, magazines, gifts, and balloons. As a convenience, Gift Shop staff will deliver items to patients’ rooms.
