Frances Davidson
 Director of Radiology Services
Frances has been a Radiologic Technologist since 1979 and has worked at Obici Hospital since 1980. She has been Director of the Radiology department for the past 15 years. Married to Dave and mom to Jessica and Chase, Frances worked at Obici when the first dedicated Mammography unit was installed and has been here to witness the huge changes in mammography.
Barbara Gardella
 Registered Nurse
Barbara graduated from the State University of New York and has worked at Obici Hospital since 1987. Married to Bill, she is the proud mom to Karen and Kate. Barbara is dedicated to helping women with breast health issues.

Lisa Holland
 Radiologic Technologist
Lisa has been a Radiologic Technologist since 1990. She has worked in Mammography since 1995 and became a registered Mammographer in 1996. In 1999, she was named Lead Mammography Technologist. She has extensive training in Digital Mammography and has also completed training in Stereotatic Breast Biopsy. Married to Drew and the proud mom of Jordan and Josh, Lisa makes sure all patients understand their procedures and are comfortable with the process.
Sue Lindeman
 Radiologic Technologist
Sue has been a Radiologic Technologist since 1976 and a Registered Mammographer since November 2000. She came to Obici since December 2001. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York she is married and has two Yorkshire Terriers. She’s proud to be part of the Obici Radiological team helping women.
Joan Parr
 Radiologic Technologist
Joan has been a Radiologic Technologist since 1976 and has recently joined The Breast Heath Center at Obici in January of 2003. Her experience includes Digital Mammography and Bone Densitometry. Joan and her husband have two children, John and Lindsey.
Judy Savage
 Clinical Manager
Judy has been a Radiologic Technologist since 1981, and is the Clinical Manager in Radiology. She has been with Obici since 1988 and became registered in mammography in 1995. Her experience includes the new digital mammography system offered at Obici. Judy and her husband Billy have two children, Nicole and Nick.
April Chapman
 Radiologic Technologist
April is a Radiologic Technologist at the Smithfield Mammography Center who became registered in mammography in 1994. April has worked at Obici since 1991 and resides in Smithfield. She is involved with community theater and has two children.
Nikki New
Radiologic Technologist
Nikki has been a Radiologic Technologist since 1995 and registered in mammography since 1996. She has been with Obici since September 2003. Her experience includes Digital Mammography, Stereotactic Breast Biopsies, Breast Ultrasound and Bone Densitometry. She is currently working on her BS in Health Science and Human Services. Nikki and her husband Danny live in Chesapeake with their two girls, Shelby & Logan.
