Palliative Care Consultation Service
The Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center Palliative Care Consultation Service is an interdisciplinary care team that aims to relieve suffering and to improve the quality of life by relieving the suffering associated with advanced illnesses – for patients and their families. Palliative care is active care offered simultaneously with all other appropriate medical therapies.
